National Bailiff Advice publishes free general information. A fee may apply where you request a case-specific telephone consultation involving review of your documents, chronology and the particular enforcement action.
Before purchasing assistance, check the stated price, scope, cancellation terms and what you will receive. A consultation does not guarantee that enforcement will stop, that money or goods will be recovered, or that a complaint or court application will succeed.
Free debt advice is also available from organisations listed in the GOV.UK bailiff guide. If you require reserved legal work or representation, check that the person providing it is authorised for that work.
