A breach occurs when an enforcement step is taken despite the court having suspended the Warrant of Control under Paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 12 of the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007. Your claim is based on Paragraph 66 of Schedule 12, and you may apply to the court for damages under Civil Procedure Rule 84.13.
