If you are adhering to a court-approved repayment plan for a fine and have consistently made your payments, you are entitled to seek damages from the court.
A breach occurs when an enforcement step is taken despite the court having suspended the Warrant of Control under Paragraph 6(3) of Schedule 12 of the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
